Proudly presented by Etnia Latina, Latin American Association and Brazilian Association and supported by the Office of Multicultural Interests WA, this vibrant celebration of Latin culture took place at the Curtin University Stadium Undercroft, Bentley Campus and showcased the diverse traditions, customs, cuisine, folklore and music of Brazil, Venezuela, Colombia, Argentina, Peru, Chile, Uruguay, Mexico, Cuba, Costa Rica, Paraguay and Salvador!

Italian Republic Day Carnival Multicultural Wellness Centre

The Multicultural Services Centre On June 2nd provided the opportunity to celebrate the Italian Republic Day for the first time with more than 200 attendees at 10 Farmer Street, North Perth. Italians who migrated decades ago to Australia enjoyed this first time event with traditional food and entertainment. Community Television was there to report on the event and captured every special moment of the Celebration which included interviews. The Italian Republic Day was televised on Community Television and the video was screened to the generations.
