This is a youth – led Organisation composed of volunteers who are totally committed to improve the lives of people and help them build resilience from lack of education, business opportunities, gender equality including gender-based violence to overcome stigma and discrimination just to mention a few.

Based in the Northern Region in Elangeni village of Traditional Authority (T/A) Mtwalo in Mzimba district the Organisation started in 2019 as a youth club by the Executive Director Yollam Oscar Ngwira. Upgraded In 2021 this Community Based Organisation (CBO) has 31 active members.

According to Mr. Ngwira, due to the political situation which has retarded development, various ill – behaviours by the youths has resulted into early school dropouts, gender-based violence and other issues affecting the communities. The youth are being mobilised and reasoned together on how they can help deal with such issues which was what originally started this youth movement aimed at radical transformation.

He continued by saying that the Organisation’s intentions are on education, gender-based violence, rehabilitation development, HIV/AIDS, Sexual Reproductive Health Rights, the elderly, the less privileged, widows, orphans, climate change, food security, youth and women empowerment, agri-business and social audit.

He further said that they plan to expand the Organisation so as to reach out to all needy women, girls and vulnerable children and in addition to that, bring about change to the communities.

The Director concluded that they are in dire need of external help either through partnerships but also on finances and materials and the help will be greatly appreciated.
