Community television can build the community moral to ward off the deterioration of social network, can facilitate social economies and local dynamics and break down stigma towards surviving and rejected COVID-19 patients.

Hobby aircraft flying has taken off at the WA Radio Soarers which as been flying at the Yokine Reserve since the 1970’s every Sunday morning from 9.00am. Ranging from P40’s to Kawasaki’s, pole racers, Warbirds and every model aeroplane imaginable, it’s in the WA Radio Soarers. Community Television Broadcasting caught them in action one sunny Sunday.

City to Surf

The 2018 Chevron City to Surf for Activ turned 44 that year and is a much loved and prestigious community fun run. Community Television Broadcasting Inc met with three Kenyan competitors the day before the race. Isaac Birir won the 21 km half marathon 01:05:04.64 and his counterpart William Chebon Chebor came in second on 01:05:13.05 while Alfred Koech came in 12th at 01:18:52.62.
