US MISSIONARIES SHOT DEAD BY DREADED GANG IN HAITI

US Missionary couple were ambushed and shot to death by gang-men on their way home from church.

Natalie Lloyd 21, and her husband David 23, met an untimely death while coming back from a church service. The third person in their company is a Haitian who also lost his life.

Armed gangs have being carrying out organised attacks mounting pressure on the former prime minister to step down. Despite his resignation in March, the tussle for the next leader is not helping matters.

Kenyan forces have been deployed by the US government to the crisis plagued nation. Haitians authorities offered their deepest condolences to the families of the deceased.

LANDSLIDE TRAPPED VILLAGERS IN PAPUA NEW GUINEA

A devastating landslide have buried scores and vanished homes in Papua New Guinea on Thursday.

Countless homes were completely buried in highland of the Enga Province, in the north of the Island nation, in the south west pacific at 17:00 GMT on Thursday.

Rapid response team merged with military personnel already on the site but damaged roads made their mission difficult to accomplish.

Locals are also helping by pulling out bodies in the rubble while they manoeuvre affected areas.

FAMOUS FILM DIRECTOR MORGAN SPURLOCK DIES AT 53

Fast food film “Super Size Me” director, Morgan Spurlock passes away at the age of 53.

The Oscar-nominated documentary filmmaker died of complications from cancer after a long battle for his life.

Spurlock directed more than 20 films and documentaries including the famous 2008 film, ”Where in the World is Osama bin Laden” which became his greatest movie ever sold.

He later returned to screens in 2019 after stepping down with a sequel to Super Size Me, establishing his own franchise to know if the industry has worked on their dietary.

GAZA BOUND PACKAGES RANSACKED BY ISRAELIS

Many Israelis believe Gazans should remain starved while Israel hostages still remain in captivity, citing feeding them strengthens to keep them in the war, “ it’s important to stop the aid, is the only way we’ll win and get our hostages back” an activist argued.

There is video footage uploaded on social media showing crowds throwing food on the ground from trucks and stomping on the boxes containing aid packages. Another video showed protester jubilations on the looted truck.

More videos show Israeli vigilantes blocking trucks and demanding papers from the drivers to confirm if the aid is not meant for Gazans.

Contrarily, peace activists have risen up to counter such jungle behaviour and are making themselves available in key areas to ensure passages of the trucks to Gaza. The group is made up of Jews and Arabs from all over the Israel.

RUSSIA SHELLING KILLED TWO AND WOUNDED MANY IN KHARKIV ATTACK

Two people have reportedly died, many wounded and some missing as Russia target Kharkiv supermarket.

Footage shows large raging fire consuming Epicentr K home improvement store situated on the out skirts of Kharkiv city. Ukrainian President, Volodmyr Zelenskyy stated it could have been worse with the assumption of 200 people present at the time of the hit.

Kharkiv Mayor Ihor Terekhov labelled it “Pure Terrorism” and Zelenskyy added “only madmen like Putin are capable of killing and terrorising people in this way”.

He (Zelenskyy) wants Ukrainian allies to help with modern air-defence systems to protect the nation against similar attacks.
