RESURGENT HAMAS BATTLE ISRAEL SOLDIERS IN JABALIYA
As long as there is no established strategy post war era, Hamas will always have the opportunity to reoccupy and fight back.
The Chief of the General Staff of the Israel Defence Forces (IDF), Herzi Halevi, is displeased with the fact that it is taking Netanyahu too long to decide the “day after” strategy to rule Gaza. This tends to endanger the lives of soldiers and it raises eyebrows among military officials.
For this reason, Senior IDF officials urge political leaders to quicken the process of finalizing a decision and strategy which will see Israel rule Gaza to warn off Hamas officials.

EGYPT JOIN SOUTH-AFRICA TO SUE ISRAEL FOR GENOCIDE
On Sunday, Egypt announced that it will join South Africa to sue Israel to the International Court of Justice (ICJ) for genocide in Gaza.
The official statement from Egypt frowns upon the terrible situation in Rafah which sees many flee the area. They also accuse Israel of targeting civilians and destroying infrastructures.
ICJ reviewed South Africa’s claim that Israel violated some rights under the Genocide Convention in the process of launching attacks on Hamas.
However, Israel rejects the allegation citing it was their right to defend itself after Hamas crossed the border to Israel and killed 1,200 people with 252 taken as hostages.

BIDEN ASSURES CEASEFIRE IMMEDIATELY HAMAS RELEASE HOSTAGES
US President Joe Biden guarantees on Saturday that there would be a ceasefire as soon as Hamas releases the 128 hostages in their custody.
“There would be a ceasefire tomorrow if Hamas would release the hostages” Biden said at a fundraiser event. The US president is partially criticized for halting the supply of weapons and artillery to Israel if it continues the Rafah assault.
After the latest ceasefire discussion fell off, the Israeli deal proposal is still on the table for Hamas to grab. Israel says is up to Hamas if they wanted to do it, and added, we could end the war tomorrow.

UN CHIEF REQUEST IMMEDIATE CEASEFIRE IN GAZA
UN Secretary-General, António Manuel de Oliveira Guterres on Sunday implored for instant ceasefire to the Israel-Hamas war in Gaza and requested the implementation of a hostage deal as well as the supply of humanitarian aid to Palestinians.
Guterres went on to say “I repeat my call, the world’s call for an immediate ceasefire, the unconditional release of the hostages and an immediate surge in humanitarian aid”.
Sincerely, ceasefire will only be a beginning of a long journey back from the destruction and devastation caused by the ongoing war. Sadly, the lost souls of civilians, soldiers and front liners cannot be brought back.
Israel still insists on plans to evacuate civilians and steady attacks on Hamas.
